Our business succeeds when our 69,500 employees across the world thrive.
Empowering our employees, nurturing their talent and listening to their feedback enables us to innovate and deliver excellence to our customers. That’s why we’re committed to creating a dynamic and diverse work environment where all employees can reach their full potential.
We are focused on our clear roadmap to towards a high-performance culture.
We believe that employee input and feedback is integral to strengthening our operations and our culture. Recognizing the impact of transformation on our workforce, we’ve taken a fresh look at our employee engagement strategies so that they’re better aligned with the company's priorities. For example, we launched a new employee engagement survey in 2017 to gather honest feedback on what’s important to our employees and what we need to focus on as an organization to improve. The results from the survey will direct our actions over the next several years, because we know that engaging our people is at the heart of what will drive our success.

Encouraging Women in Aviation and in Rail
We embrace the role of women in society, and promote gender diversity in the transportation sector. Within the aviation sector, we are a member of several diversity associations, including Women in Aviation International, and we offer various scholarships to support the development of women in aviation. We are also a strong advocate of the Women in Rail community, and are active participants at conferences and work sessions to lead the conversation on practical ways for women to drive their careers forward.
